Horse Lake Students Embrace Earth Day

The students of Horse Lake Elementary participated in an Earth Day 2025 Assembly, performing songs, skits and making pledges to do their part to adopt the Our Power, Our Planet motto and make changes to their world. Students had already made a head start on the process of cleaning up our school grounds, but after the assembly, students worked together and scoured the grounds leaving them pristine and pledging to keep them free from garbage, while focusing on recycling and reusing materials they may have otherwise thrown out.
