OHS Mental Health Focus

As part of Cataline Elementary Occupational Health and Safety planning, one of our focus areas as a committee is to include staff wellness. In doing so, our staff was introduced to Carol Doherty, District Youth Community Connections Manager, who presented to and provided the staff with information centered around worker burn-out and fatigue, as well as tools, strategies, and resources to support self-care and mental well-being. With a humorous and honesty delivery, Carol’s message resonated with many, was very well received, and staff left feeling heard and supported.
